They include letters of dismission from various Baptist churches to churches in New York 1793-1821, mostly to the Rev. John Williams, pastor of the Fayette Street Baptist Church; correspondence, agreements, and miscellaneous papers, 1795-1862; and bills and receipts, 1800-1848, for operational expenses, including bills for repairs, alterations, wages, oil, candles, etc. There are also some bonds and mortgages related to the Second Baptist Church, and a marriage certificate issued by the Macdougal Street Church.
